Once I arrived at your in-home studio I did not have to wait to be serviced and I enjoyed our conversations catching up on old times. You are as friendly as I remember back in the day. I would rate your use and knowledge of your equipment A++. For example, you were able to make appropriate adjustments to images very quickly with satisfaction. I found your in-home studio environment to be clean and welcoming. Finally, I was very impressed with your willingness to make sure you delivered my images on a short notice request.
